Diagdirect supports its member suppliers and their customers, in collaboration with its IT provider Cegedim (approved by the French Ministry of Health as part of the authorisation process for personal health data hosts specified by the decree of 4 January 2006), in their order and invoice digitisation process.

Founded in the 2000s following a study led by the "Syndicat de l’Industrie du Diagnostics In-Vitro" (SIDIV), Diagdirect is a unique platform in Europe. 2002: first orders placed through the platform. Over 2.5 million orders today. 2014: arrival of the invoices service. Over 400,000 invoices processed today
